Ferragosto 2025 – Sorrento Summer Vibes on Lake Garda
On August 15, we bring Sorrento Summer Vibes to Lake Garda.

Join us for the Ferragosto evening after dinner in the garden.
From 9 pm we’ll await you with a dessert buffet in the typical colours of the Amalfi Coast majolica tradition in blue, white and lemon yellow: sweet temptations from the Meridione, the south of Italy, from the Amalfi Coast to Sicily.
The band Liquid Project from Lake Garda will provide the right summer night mood, while barman Mario from Naples has prepared limoncello and limonata “a cosce aperte” for you.
LIMONATA “A COSCE APERTE” – AN OLD TRADITION FROM NAPLES
Anyone who has ever been to Naples will be familiar with the characteristic acquafrescai, the water vendors on the streets, selling citrus fruits and freshly squeezed juices, as well as the wonderfully refreshing lemonade. The art of drinking it is a matter for true connoisseurs. Mario will be pleased to show you how to consume it expertly, leaning slightly forwards and keeping your feet not too closed together, “a cosce aperte”, indeed. The lemonade “a cosce aperte” is probably one of the most iconic drinks in Italy and the experience should not be missed.
THE FLIGHT OF THE FALCON
We revive the ancient tradition of falconry in Veneto, which dates to the Della Scala family. In the early Renaissance, the Della Scala family was to Verona what the Medici were to Florence. As refined individuals of the Renaissance, this sport was part of their lifestyle. The Scaliger castles around Lake Garda, in Lazise, Torri del Benaco, Malcesine, but also in Verona, Valeggio sul Mincio, Monzambano and many other places in northern Italy are reminders of their past power and wealth. Did you know that falconry was declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2010? Falconer Nicola from Malcesine will be our guest on Ferragosto evening.
DRESS CODE
We would be delighted if you wanted to bring yourself in the Sorrento Summer Mood, choosing your dress for the evening in blue, white or lemon yellow.
However, a mandatory dress code would not reflect the spirit of what we have in mind on a relaxed Mediterranean summer evening.
We look forward to toasting Ferragosto with you, maybe over a glass of limoncello.
